Reached my goal weight today!

I reached my goal weight this morning. It was very nice to wake up to some extra calories since I had lunch out planned with a friend. I went to Seasons 52 where I had a yummy grilled salmon salad and a small 250 calorie dessert. We will see what tomorrow's calorie goal looks like since eating out always causes me to retain water due to sodium. But that's ok, because I've been eating really well. I love MFP! It's so motivating to see my nutrition and reach my fitness goals. Next up, work on regular strength training.
