Need help

hi im emily , im 20 and at the worst shape and weight if my life. I keep falling iff the wagon, i have a very bad food addiction and its hard to grasp . Im really trying to figure iut what is healthy, will fill me up, what foods to eat or avoid to lose the weight. I do tons of research but can never seem to find somthing for me. Would love somone to help along the way.

    I am on a high-protein, limited-carb diet that my doctor and dietitian put together for me. There are tons of plans out there, and it is easy to get overwhelmed.

    However, if you don't deal with your food addiction, you must likely aren't going to have success in the long term (speaking from experience here). If you can afford to work it out with a therapist, that is good. If not, definitely find a support group whether it is Overeaters Anonymous or a group that is geared toward dieters.
