today I started doing the 30 day shred but I was also wondering what other work outs are effective I have Dumbbells and kettle bells I just need a fat burning routine that can be done from home . And how soon you can see the results

    Everyone is different, what is appealing/effective for you may not be the same for someone else. You'll see results when you see them. Personally, I like lifting weights (chalean extreme/Les Mills Pump) and low impact, high intensity workouts. That's what works for me. Look around on Total Fitness DVDs for workouts that appeal to you.

    Find something that you will do regularly. Being consistent is going to be effective.

    Great kettlebell (is not Jillian)....look for Sarah Lurie, Lauren Brooks, Paul Katami

    I'm a big fan of fitnessblender.com workouts - every level, length, and type you can think of! Plus, no boot-camp style shouting. :)

    Results are different for everyone. :)

    I found 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 to be every effective. I did it 5-6 days/week and noticed increased endurance and strength. I did get a little bored with them and recently took on T25. No weights needed.

    I started controlling my diet for a few months before taking on serious workouts and saw weight (and inch) loss within a month. More than 6 months later, having added 6-7 days of exercise, I'm 3-4 sizes down, I feel fitter, I have muscle tone...
