Well after many months of doing absolutely nothing, I am back. I am at my heaviest weight of 224. I really could use tons of support. I've started watching what I eat and started walking everyday. Well really just started back at walking yesterday. Any advice on weightloss would be great. Please feel free to add me as a friend because I definitely need friends! Lol!!

If you're watching what you eat and getting exercise that's a great start. Log away and do your best to meet your calorie deficit and the carb/protein/fat percentages. Stay positive and come here for support!!0
