Hi I'm new to this site, first day today and fingers crossed.
Any hints and tips will me more than welcome.

    Keep your weight loss goal and calorie goal at a reasonable setting. Aim for 1.0-1.5 lbs. per week loss. Anything more can just be frustrating. Drink LOTS of WATER, eat a balanced diet w/lots of fruits and vegetables and lean protein like skinless chicken. Exercise at least 30 mins. every day and you will see results. Don't be discouraged if it takes a couple of wks. for your body to respond though.
