Being a fit mom

hey all :) I'm new to this but would love any tips or advice for busy moms who find time to try and maintain a workout schedule! Also what's your pre workout fuel?! I find that by the evening time I'm exhausted and need something!?! Ideas?!?

    I have 3 kids, we are busy!
    I do my workouts in the early AM before everyone is up. I cant get it together at night unless I am teaching a class.
    I have used E&E and Raw Tea which i like and is all natural.

    4 kiddos here, youngest two are 9 months old and 19 months old ;). I workout early before they wake up. No amount of caffeine could make me workout after 4pm... I usually have some coffee or some Prime from complete nutrition and get to it before the suns up...

    I'm not a MoM, however I do like to eat a banana before a workout. I use Cellucor C4 pre-workout, it'll keep you fired up for hours. Top rated stuff
