I've found keeping away from carbs is key for me at least. I read something about being endomorphic and carbs being bad for my frame and seems to help. Start today is the best encouragement I can give!0

I just started. This is my third day and I am down 5.9lbs! So exited! I am replacing 2 Meals with green smoothies. I have a vitamin that I can use for them. Let me know if you want yummy smoothies tips.0
