Counting Calories

My goal calories per day should be around 1800 but I'm struggling to hit 1500. Iv hit most of my macros and still eating clean with a protein shake mid morning. I'm not hungry after eating the lower cals but does anyone have any tips on ways i can add more cals without ruining my macros totally?

  • Add calls to your shake, half a cup of rolled oats or a spoonful of peanut butter will put you just about where you need to be and they're both very clean and healthy! :-)
