I've tried and tried to commit to eating better and being more active. I can't bring myself to pay for a weight lost surgery. So I need to find that thing that makes it work Not sure if it is one thing or multiple things but I'm not going to give up on myself. I can do this one day, one step one reason at a time.

Hello and good for you for making a start. The basic thing about weight loss is to burn off more calories than you take in. Get moving, weigh your food accurately and take it slow. I have about 30 pounds to lose and it seems like it is taking forever. It helped me to have friends to support me!!! I was also told to break my large goal down into mini goals that are more attainable and will help me to stay on track!! Feel free to add me if you want support as I can always use motivation and love to give it as well!0
