Need to do this and get it right!! Any pointers encouragement peep talks kicks in the virtual butt. Will be greatly appreciated

Weigh your food and track accurately. Also, weight training is GREAT for helping to burn fat but don't forget to alternate cardio in too. Don't focus too much on the number on the scale because as you build muscle that number may not move or may even go up. Focus on how your clothes fit and how you feel. So far I have burned off 12 pounds (after loosing 2 and gaining 10 back) and I am back on track and feel fantastic about it. Just make sure that you log everything everyday. Make sure that you measure everything out. You will be surprised how much you were eating vs the actual serving size. I am a chip eater and when I saw that 1oz serving size I was blown away by how few chips those were.0

Thanks for the advice I'm in this for the long haul. Just need input and motivation. I've been doing good but I can do so much better !0
