Not new to MP, but new to the community. Not a stranger to working out, but 8 months after baby it's time to get back at it. Friends for motivation?

    Push! I have been off the wagon for a couple of years I'm trying to get back on myself. What's your goal and what motivation are you looking for?

  • Dont have a lot to lose. My goal is 50. I'd be happy with 40 too though. Did lots of cardio by treadmill last time around. This time going to incorporate more weight and resistance training. The biggest challenge so far has been trying to transition from a day/evening worker - outer to a morning worker-outer. Blah! I have no energy!
