Hey everyone! I was part of the original group from back in 2015. We kind of fizzled out after about a year.
Seems like there's renewed interest! I will reach out to the group leader @arkham_ma and see if he wants to resurrect the original group OR maybe we should create a new one.

Im in. I workout Mon-Fri and weigh in on Saturday Morning but I am definitely willing to change it to Fridays for the extra group support...Ita give me something to look forward to!!0

Hey everyone!
So, this group is rising from the ashes like a phoenix! @arkham_ma started it in 2015 and it was active for about a year. Now it's back and ready for a whole new group of friends. It's a great place to get support and motivation!
