Is anyone here doing Freeletics? How far can you get there without taking a subscription? Thanks.

    Hello
I've been using the freeletics app for more than 7 months, and I haven't bought the coach yet.
    Why?
Because it's working so well and I have lost some fat that I had.
I didn't have a goal to reach, so I started doing it just "for fun" but I actually saw results and it wasn't fun at all.

Great, thanks a lot @DaBooTDL1900 . How many different workouts can you actually do without paying for it? That's what interests me most.

I tried it out a yer ago - from what I remember, the free version of the app had four workouts (Aphrodite, Dione, Metis & Zeus). Each of those four is quite a challenge, so I don't think you would get bored too fast even with only four workouts.
Note sure if the free workout number has changed - but since it's free to sign up, I would suggest you just give it a try if you are interested. :)

I managed to find all the work outs for free, either google it or I can send you the PDf for the cardio and cardio/strength option. When they first started up they offered everything for free in the form of a pdf. Though some things have changed.. its basically all there:) Ive only just started.. feeling the burn today in my thighs and not my pocket!!:)
