Just thought I'd say hello, I've been trying out MFP for just a week now, I know I won't get immediate results, but I thought I'd of at least of lost one pound so far , but no.
Oh well keep trying.

    Hello! Welcome to the MFP community! Weight loss is a life long journey...a lot of people start off slow but stick to your calorie deficit and slowly add in some physical activity to improve your overall fitness level. When it comes to tracking your calories are you eyeballing and guessing your serving size or are you weighing and measuring everything? That makes a big difference! You got this! Good luck!

    I'm weighing and measuring everything that I can, when I can't I'm erring on the side of over estimation.
    My other half is doing the same and has lost 8lb in 2 weeks.

    Don't be discouraged. Stay on track. I definitely found when I increased my activity after not getting a lot for so long it made a difference. I also found for me only protein and veggies after 4pm made a big difference. I want to encourage you and i'd love to hear about your little successes.
