Arby's has a mint chocolate milkshake covered in whip cream. As soon as I saw the ad my tongue went to sabotage mode and has begged me to eat every chocolate milkshake-esque thing. The one at Outback, the frap at Starbucks. Please someone tell me an under 500 cal recipe for a chocolate shake with whip cream exists. Bonus if it has mint.

I remembered someone posting about a lower calorie shamrock shake they came up with so I searched. She used 1/2 fat vanilla ice cream. It was 1 cup ice cream, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk and 1/4 teaspoon mint extract. Blend. She said it was 230 calories and good. Maybe you could do chocolate ice cream and make yours? I don't know about the whip cream unless there is a lower calorie version of maybe cool whip?

    Might be worth a try

Use the Hint of mint Arctic Zero ice cream, almond milk, ice, a scoop of chocolate protein powder, maybe some unsweetened cacao powder, some sweetener and top it with whipped cream?

Weight Watchers sells a decent smoothie mix in mint chip and it's around 150-200 kcal if I remember correctly.

If you make just a tiny blob of homemade whipped cream, it won't be that much added fat. The struggle is what to do with the other 1.9 cups of heavy cream you had to purchase...

Hey! I didn't even know people had replied here :) Thank you all sooo much. I bought almond milk instead of normal 2% today and I actually like it. I might try the protein shake first as I want to up my protein intake a little. I know I'll try them all though. Haha Appreciate the ideas, everyone!
