So many cravings this week (and it's only been 2 days so far!)

Two days into the week and I'm craving so many sweets. It's all I think about! I know I should let myself have a treat in moderation, but I prefer to wait until the weekend! Just felt like posting about this :p

    I also have a sweet tooth and I have found having a Worthers Original or Campino hard candy helps so much. Only 15 calories and gets rid of the craving

    omg I know what you mean. Try some clementines. They are delish, nutritious, and only 40 calories per orange.

    I seem to crave peanut butter mixed with Nutella and dark chocolate chips. Satisfying but you should definitely avoid

    Why don't you try buying a bag of individually wrapped chocolates/candy bars/whatever it is you crave and work one into your day every day? Works well for me.
