Can I have brown bread when in ketosis. Just a brown bun with burger?

People who follow a Keto diet typically don't eat bread because it has too many carbs.

I follow a Keto diet and in my opinion no bread products belong in a ketogenic diet. But that's only my opinion. For burgers, I usually go "protein style" (lettuce wrap)

Based on your diary, you aren't in ketosis.

Some of your entries are totally off, also. For example, coffee doesn't have 509 calories or 57 grams of fat. 9.38 grams of Heinz mayo doesn't have 413 calories or 45 grams of fat.

    Thanks for the feedback.
    The coffee is
Coffee + 1 heaped tbsp of butter+ 1 heaped tbsp of cocunut oil + 1 heaped tbsp of full fat cream I have 2 cups

I will check the mayo. Using the calorie info from the online list.

Last 2 days have been interminent fasting and pure fats with hardly any carbs.

I have the bad breath, dizziness, headaches and also had upset stomach once last night.

I'm curious, why all the extra "stuff" in your coffee?

That's almost 40g of saturated fat per "breakfast". Around 4 days worth.

Hell, a healthier option would be a Big Mac and small fry from McDonalds with 2 cups of black coffee. Around the same calories and only 9g of saturated fats.

But I digress. To each his own. Bread is usually a no go on low/no carb.

This link may help you stick to the under 20 g of carbs for your diet.
