Excited to be getting my MRI results for my ankle today. Fingers crossed I can go back to full cardio again. So time wise I only could get a mile in today.

jesiann is correct. I've been doing these challenges for 2+ years now. THANK YOU jesiann for helping me keep track of things. .... I think this is the most people we've ever had.....IT IS AWESOME!
