Hello Everyone, I'm new to this..however i have a couple friends that are involved with myfitnesspal and there doing amazing so I figured I would give it a try since I have tried everything else and it doesn't seem to be helping..

This is by far the best way to lose weight IMO,
I've lost 2 stone since the beggining of the year and have only really been doing it strictly on weekdays:-)
MFP + Exercise = WIN!
