Hey guys, I just started my weight loss journey and I'm about 2 weeks in. I work out at least 3 times a week and I eat 3 healthy meals a day and snack in between and I've lost about 6lbs but I'm concerned that it's just water weight, and my weight is going to come back? Is there any advice you could give me to prevent this from happening? Thanks in advance :)

Were basically bags of water as human beings I wouldn't worry about water weight unless your doing a cut diet for competition or have a medical issue. Keep your sodium levels in check and worry more about your the quality of your caloric intake. My 2 cents

Water weight is generally the first thing to come off but if you keep doing what you are doing the fat will come off. It's about the long term for fat loss. Your weight may fluctuate up and down from week to week due to water but look at a month to month weight to gain the true weight loss perspective. Now if I could only practice what I preach...LOL.
