p90x helped me get and stay fit for years. But 52 now and my eating habits have to change. So, here I am trying to stay under 1880 calories a day. At that rate I should lose a pound a week. More if I keep working out, which I do five days a week. Goal is 20 lbs. 220 to 200. Better yet, 199 sounds great.
