Supplements and Vitamins

Does anyone here log their vitamins and supplements? I take a handful a day and think it may be helpful in my longer term progress but am not sure. Thoughts?

    The only reason to do that would be to not forget what you have taken. Wouldn't hurt to log it though, I used to log mine!

    If I add them into my food I will like flax, cacao, chia, wheat germ, gluco, those types of things but pills/liquids I do not.

    I log mine for several reasons. A couple of my supplements actually have calories in them, it is a great record for me to go back to when looking for info for my doctor, or if I have health changes I can see if they occurred around some type of change.

    I log my multivitamin because I take it to help me meet some of my micronutrients.
