Week one :)

Day 2 of week one and I am just getting used to the app. Has anyone had any success with it? X

    heaps, it is a great app to input your food for the day, see exactly what your consuming, as well as exercise

    I am on day 3 of week 1. What are your goals? I'd like to lose 10lbs and then maintain. It's complicated right now Bc I'm training for a full marathon so I'm hungry... Lol. I am just trying to make sure that I'm not eating too much.
  • I just want to feel good in clothes that I like.. Fed up of seeing something that looks lovely in the hanger but god awful on me. Would like to get back to 10st so I have a little way to go. I am a teaching assistant in a primary school so I am always on the go but I don't shift the lb's :( I also have horses and have started swimming twice a week. so it has got to be a food issue, hasn't it? I know that I am feeling hungry this week. Is this right?
