Hello friends, looking for some suggestions on workouts that I can do off my feet (just had surgery) I have some dumbells I've been using for some upper body, sit ups with feet up on the couch  but looking for some more variety, any suggestions?

Push ups or bench press, seated overhead press, and pull ups.

Doc vetod rowing machine, doesn't want me pushing through my foot. Great suggestion though! I was cleared to walk one block  lame sauce!

Can you stationary bike or swim, or would that affect your healing?
If not: sit-ups, weights-y things, knee push-ups, Russian twists (your feet won't even touch the floor!), and..... that's all I've got for now!

Handbike is the only cardio I can think of.

Or, I guess you could rent a wheelchair and "run / walk" that way...
