MFB carb/fat/protein ratios ... How do you split yours?

I am currently doing 40% carbs with 25% fats and 35% proteins.... Does this sound like a good ratio? How do you structure your diet and why?

    that's pretty high on protein. Here's my breakdown: 35% Carb, 42% Fat, 23% Protein. However, the macro ratio itself is not all that important. Hopefully someone will post in here recommendations for minimum fat and protein gram-based goals.

    My husband and I have been following this general breakdown since the end of January, and between us both have lost nearly 50 lbs, I've lost 20. It is a clean eating diet, so no sugars, or processed foods. It's working well so far, just curious how others go about it.
