This is all new to me

I'm new to using on line communities for support but feel I need the encouragement. I'm 7 weeks post Caesarean section after having a beautiful but premature 36 week old baby. Both of us are well now and I'm feeling the need to start getting some control back over my body! I have 2 stone to lose and, as I'm unable to breast feed, have no reason to delay the diet and exercise any longer. I feel very unfit and can't fit into any of my pre pregnancy clothes. Anyone in the same position?

I was in your shoes a few years ago
if your dr has given you the ok to start exercise start slow at first. I started with walking after having my son then added in more challenging stuff. I just told myself if took 9 months to put the pregnancy weight on so don't feel bad if it takes 9 months for it to come off. Good luck

This is me! I am 7 weeks PP as well and had my first c section. 4.5 years ago with my 1st daughter I had a textbook delivery and really felt the difference this time. I used MFP successfully last time to lose the weight so I am back now and looking for friends to help with motivation0
