Hello everyone I'm new to MFP i would like friends who are helpful and are motivated. I'm trying to loose weight and have people help when I start feeling down and not able to continue

    Hey I feel the same way sometimes, I work out 5x a week with no problem but home it where I do the dirt. I can't stop. Eating. So I too need motivation, I sent you a FR. I. An help you stay motivated if you Can help me :)

    Hi, new to MFP, I work out 4 to 5 days a week but I too need motivation, some days I just don't want to go to the gym or I sabotage my workout eating something I probably shouldn't eat. Anyway, looking for some cool people to help me out. Thanks in advance!
