Hi. I was down to 138 last summer and have gained over 30 pounds.I just can't get started,it's like I forgot how to do this.I gave up and am having a very hard time starting over,it's like I'm new at this.I'm sick of being sad and hating myself for eating so much,but those food cravings.Anyone got any suggestions for some good healthy habits to start.I know it takes 2 wks to form a habit good or bad.Maybe if I had some new ideas it would help me get started.

    I am in the absolute same situation (including your numbers!!). I think the reason for my success before was that I had a strong support network on MFP with people who were on daily and we're motivating and encouraging.

    Ultimately, you just need to take some time to re-establish your healthy habits and things will get much easier. I just restarted as well, feel free to add me, we can keep each other motivated! :)
