Looking for Bistro MD friends

Hi Everyone! I'm looking for a Bistro MD support group. I'm trying it for a few weeks to jump start my weight loss and would like to hear about others' experiences with it, especially how they liked the food. I just had my first meal so the jury is still out;) What were your favorites/least favorites? Did you get hungry between meals? Did you get sick of it after a few days/weeks? I have problems with portion control so I thought this may be a good way to start. Thanks in advance for any info you could provide.

  • Hello! Congrats on starting BistroMD. I have been on it for 2.5 months (minus two weeks at Christmas). I have been very happy with it. I was surprised at how much I have liked the food. I stopped the snacks though. I really didnt like them that much and never ate them.
    Stay away from the curry and tikka masala! YUK. I like Indian food, but those were terrible. I called to have them removed my plans forever. The breakfast sandwiches are so-so. I also removed them.
    My favorites are the cheeseburger meatloaf, tortellini, penne ala vodka, turkey chili, ham and swiss omelet, pork verde, pulled pork crepe, strawberry shortcake crepe to name a few.
    I lose around 1.5 to 2.0 pounds a week. I would be further along except I went completely off the wagon for the holidays. I didnt gain, but I didnt lose any either.
    I have tried quite a lot of the meals if you have any questions.

    Do you have results? How much did you lost so far?
  • Hi. Today is my first day on My Bistro. So far I liked it. Curious as to what daily values you put into MyFitnessPal for the nutrition. I really don't like seeing the numbers so off. Kinda defeats the purpose for me. :)
