I've only been active a week but so far I'm down 8lbs0

20 pounds since Early Feb. MFP and cardio every day
Got another 5 to lose before my birthday in 4 days time :-)
Don't think I will get there but still mega happy about the results from clean eating and upping the exercise with MFP helping to track everything.0 -

between 35-40 depending on the day. Seems I've been stuck at this fluctuation for the last 3 months. Very frustrating.0

Since Jan 3rd this year I'm down about 32 pounds. About another 30 to go.0

I had quit weighing myself at 300 but lost till 192 now 209 but going down.
A brain injury had screwed up hormones and thyroid function.0 -

21 lbs. since the beginning of January using the MFP app every day. I'm within about five to seven lbs. of my goal.0

Lots of great success stories here. I found that actually logging my food keeps me in check. I guess I didn't know just how bad I was eating before. Keep up the good work people!0

Hundreds over the years. They always seemed to find me and then I'd lose them again. This time they've pretty much stayed off for the last year.
Total: Probably about 45 lbs. I would be thrilled with another 100 -

Just hit 90lb. lost today! Looking for 20lb. +/- more or whatever 15% body fat is weight wise. Started September 2014 hope to be at maintenance by June!0
