    if you are on top, that will work your quads and butt muscles. whew. make it interesting and see how many ummm muscles you can work out!! :laugh: now we have thighs, and butt, and quads, any ideas for the abs? oh, don't forget the leg lifts. :tongue: does screaming "Oh God" burn any calories? I love this site. :heart:

    you burn while having sex...
    he says you burn alot (I think it is because he wants more sex)
    I say not alot (Because I dont want to have more sex)

    men burn Kcal because we first have to chase the girl down then we have to talk you into having sex then there's playing around because we all know she needs time to get ready. by this time we have to go back to talking you into it, then head to the kitchen for snack because she has to get ready for the 10 sec of intense cal burning. aaaaaaaaaaaaaa forget it never mind I gota go to work in the morining
