    Eat more cheese, that's how I ballooned up to 220 lol. Now losing it, since cutting down on it.

    Haha well thanks! That's what I'm trying to do but I only seem to get at most 1,000 cal on a good day

    500g chicken breast, lots of peanut butter, and 250g potato. yw.
