20-week bodyweight program

Hey,
Here's my story: I'm a 27-year-old 5'3" female that weighs 110 lbs. I've never been a person to regularly workout, so I have some cellulite and some body fat that I'd like to reduce. About a month ago, I started working out 5 days a week for one hour each day. I rotate between two different circuits every other day (mainly involving bodyweight exercises like squats, etc), making sure to work some muscles one day and other muscles the next day. I plan to do this for 20 weeks, and then I want to cut down to three days a week for life. I do not have access to a gym, but I do have a set of adjustable weights and other basic workout equipment.
Here's my question: Knowing all of the above, is it practical for me to assume I'll be more toned/ in shape in just 20 weeks? I know working out is a long-term thing (or really, a lifestyle change for life), but I honestly plan to be more physically active for the rest of life. I've come to terms with that and want it. I'd just like to know if I'll have less flub and way more definition in another four months.
Thanks for your time.

Will it help? Absolutely. Will it get rid of every bit of cellulite and body fat? No. But I'm willing to bet you will see a difference!
I spent a summer trying to get myself back on track. While I interned at a place that summer, they had a gym in the basement. I spent my lunch breaks in the gym (about 45 minutes). I am only 5'1" and weighed about 130 at that point. I got down to low 120s and firmed up my problem areas (for me: thighs and midsection). I noticed a difference and so did the people around me. This was only about 12-14 weeks too. I drank a lot of water and ate healthier as well but overall kept my regular lifestyle. I started to use a firming lotion for the areas that had cellulite (my upper thighs right below my butt) and noticed a difference (legalradiance.nerium.com).
GOOD LUCK!!!0 -
Yes, it is practical for you to assume you will be more toned in 20 weeks. And, if you aren't, you're doing something wrong.0

Thanks for the responses! I'm still working out daily and juuuuust starting to see some results, like tighter arms, improved balance, and all that good stuff. Exciting!0

20 weeks is a long time. If you aren't seeing improvement in 6 weeks I'd assess what you are doing & eating.0
