Not sure what is wrong with me lately but I have zero motivation do be good! I have been like it all month, on and off! Annoying because I started the year so well and was ready to smash it! Keep finding that I start the week well but by Thursday its out the window!
I have my holiday in September so I need to get my bum in gear! I think I keep putting it off because I know Easter is round the corner so I keep convincing myself to start then

Start now!!! Look at the long term benefits...0

In the past I've always been 'I'll start on X date' kind of person but I've had to stop it, it's a terrible attitude to have IMO as it just makes things harder when you do get around to it. Get on it now, give yourself treats every so often if that helps (denying yourself sucks!!), and don't leave it until it's an insurmountable task0

When you want this badly enough, you'll go get it.0

Start slow, dont have too higher expectation, so far this is working for me.
I dont want to get to overwhelmed by having to do things, I do what I can when I can.0 -

When you want to be thin and fit more than you want to overeat, it will become Easy Peasy.
We can't motivate you. Nobody can. It comes from yourself or it doesn't come at all.

I "started" 130 days ago. It took me a month of being on track for a week, off track three days, repeat , repeat... to finally realize it takes a FULL commitment, no half assing it with Mother Nature, you can't fool her. Everyone above is SOO right... when you really want it, more than you want the "pleasure" of indulging (is it really pleasure anymore), then you will take real, CONSISTENT action. You have to find it within yourself. DESIRE is not enough... takes consistent, one day at a time, ACTION. You can do it!!! If this reformed couch potato can, anyone can.0

You can do it.
If you make it through the first week...after that it's easy.
It's the first week that's difficult.0 -

Exactly what I was gonna say. You can't let other people be your motivation. You need to do it yourself because it's for you. I don't care what you do. Your motivation will need to be driven from yourself to be successful.

Thanks for all your comments, you're all right. Its only me that change myself, no one else just me! I am feeling much more positive today and have realised I just need to take one day at a time to ease myself back into my routine! Thanks guys! xx0
