I've been on and off this app for quite some time and didn't even realize there was a Counmunity section. I definitely need the motivation and support and well as helping others in their journey. I've come to the realization, a little too late, that I cannot be unhealthy like this any longer. Help me stay motivated! How do you stay motivated to workout or eat healthy?

MFP seriously keeps me motivated. Also knowing it doesn't happen overnight so when I mess up (ahem... like last night) that I can turn around and keep going the right way.0

Watching the pounds and inches disappear keeps me motivated. I am a zealot about logging all my food and the numbers keep me in line with my goals.0
