I had lost 60lbs by calorie counting and exercise. I started making excuses and have gained all 60lbs back, plus 10lbs. I am determined to stick with it this time and lose more and maintain the weight loss. I now have the app to help me continue my calorie watch while on the go, and have started back to working out an hour a day. I want to be healthy. smiley:

Good for you for taking the steps to a healthy lifestyle. I have about 30 pounds to lose and I exercise probably about an hour a day as well. I want to fit into a size 10 jeans and wear a button down size L shirt. I need to really buckle and get serious. I find myself in maintenance because I eat too many of my exercise calories back on junk food. I really have to get it under control. Good luck to you!0

Thank you! I hope you achieve that size 10 jeans. Hope to be there someday, too. I am struggling with snacking on junk food too. But, when I went grocery shopping this time, I refused to buy any junk food unless it was under a 100 calories and sugar free. It really has helped me. Good luck to you too!!0
