MINI MINI GOAL

My first mini goal is 148lb by may 18. Ive been exercising like crazy and trying to do everything the best i can but with a few cheat days :S. As you can see i have to lose 1.6 pounds in 3 days. Any help!? I would love to make my first mini goal a good one. If you have any tips on losing weight fast for a short period of time please comment below.

    hmm, well i hate to say something so "boring" but id have to say just stick to your plan: make sure you're not going over your daily calorie intake, exercise too (but it sounds like you're doing that), and drink water so you maintain ur muscle instead of losing it (and some protein for that matter). Cardio, as im sure you already know, is the best way to burn fat but, just make sure you do some strength training as well.
