Leftover grilled vegetables are used the next morning to top my egg whites. Added grape tomatoes and topped with picante. Not prettiest but very good. Less than 100 calories.0 -

341 calories. Rolled oats cooked in water, with chopped dried dates for sweetness, and a sprinkling of flax seeds. Microwave coffee cup scrambled egg with black pepper, on top for protein. Black coffee to drink. This was breakfast this morning.0
