Burned calories

I would like to hear everyone's opinion about something. When you exercise, you automatically get more calories to consume for the day. Do you eat those extra calories? Have you still lost weight? All opinions welcome!!! I'm a newbie so I'm curious to hear what everyone does / thinks thanks!

I try to partially eat them back to be safe, as calories burned are often inaccurately high, but usually I eat them all, lol. I like food. I still lose weight, but naturally not as fast.0

Just going to drop this here because I like this particular explanation: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/818082/exercise-calories-again-wtf0

I generally eat about half. If I'm hungrier, I eat more. If I'm not hungry and don't feel I pushed myself enough to earn the calories the app and hrm calculated, I might not eat any back or very few.
I've lost 27lbs since October (more before using MFP).0 -
It depends on how you're burning them, how you're calculating them, what your goals are, etc. Need more specifics to provide a meaningful answer.0
