    I stay at about 1350 calories per day and I keep my carbs under 120. I try and do something active 3 times a week. like walking or working out. I eat high fiber and high protien.

    Congratulations! 44 pounds is a lot! You can see it in your face and also in your posture. The 2nd picture you are standing more straight up and down as there is a lot less of you! Excellent job! :)
