I make these exact same thing all the time and have been for months. I make the waffles from scratch with oatmeal, cottage cheese, and egg whites. I also whip the pudding, and do some other interesting things. I make several variations of this as well. Waffles are a staple of my post workout meal.

Edit: my strawberries are mixed with sugar free strawberry as as well. Amazing!

    Another variation, white chocolate banana!

    Another... pistachio

230 for one, or both? Either way thank you!!!!!

230 for both!! ...and i just went and bought eggo low fat whole grain waffles and they are even less calories...so if you get those it would be only 200 for both! insanity!!

Glad I picked up a box of cheesecake flavoured Jello went I was in the US for a day in March. I knew I wanted it for something on MFP, looks like I'm going to regret just buying 1, lol!

Come-on Jello, stop holding back the flavoures for Canadians!

I created this amazing breakfast the other day, so of course I had to fill my mfpers in....

so I took 2 whole grain eggo waffles and topped them with sugar free cheesecake flavored pudding (i made it a few days before and had some leftover in the fridge, the instant takes like 5 mins to make) and then put cut up strawberries on top.

it is deliciousss!! its also amazing that this is breakfast even though it tastes like dessert.
i was looking for something other than syrup to put on waffles and this was perfect
i used 1/4 cup pudding split between the 2 waffles so all together this comes out to only 230 calories!!

The thought of doing this with some of Eggo's Chocolate Chip Waffles makes it sound even more delicious! I may need to try this now...
