Got to share this because it's so good!

1 low carb large wrap
70g cooked shrimp
half an avocado
20g of pepper
Bit of lemon juice
10g of fresh spinach
10g of light mayo (optional)

Shop the pepper finely, mash the avocado and mix them together (add mayo if using). Spread on tortilla. Add shrimp and spinach, sprinkle with lemon juice, roll up and eat.

Calories will vary depending on your ingredients obviously but mine came out around 342 calories, 31g carbs, 19g fat, 25g protein (counting mayo and I used a 80 calorie tortilla from La Tortilla Factory).

I love the low carb wraps. I buy Flatout, and they're huge, 90 calolries. This is a good recipe, and I'll add that I like cucumber in almost every wrap I make.

Flat out is always my second choice when they're out of the other ones. I like the spinach ones.
