Hello world!!.noob to the app

Hello gents and females I'm new to this app but not new to the workout world just here to learn from u guys and maybe help others along the way..my goal is to cut down fat I'm currently at 183 pretty well built just not the belly area imagine that haha anyways any input would b great on what u guys think I should do..currently I try and eat 6 meals a day but my job doesn't allow me the time to do so at times lol so any help from u guys would b great!!.
