Fitbit not sync

Everyday I have to disconnect and reconnect my fitibt to get it to work, and it only works when I do that, no other time...no updates...nothing, this is so useful to me, please help

  I have connectivity issues, too. SOMETIMES, turning on and off the bluetooth on my phone will work. Most of the time though, I just turn my phone on and off.
