Look up a band called Hypercrush- Werk Me. It is kind of dance music but upbeat and great to workout to. Either that or go with rock- Metallica, Drowning Pool, Linken Park......0

Justice. I recommend their album Cross, especially the songs Stress and Waters of Nazareth. You might know them from D.A.N.C.E. or The Party.0

Honestly any fast pace music you are into, I personally listen to a mix of Hip-hop, Edm, and Rock music but listening to music you like is key0

I use spotify. Specifically, I use the 'working out' playlist by jazmine middlebrooks I also find FOB good to listen to, or songs from musicals
