I have found (for me) that the best way to track my weight, and it keeps me most motivated, is to compare each mornings weight to my weight exactly seven days before. So I am weighing daily but my tracking is versus the prior weeks weight. So while I may have some daily gyrations, I am on my 38th straight day of beating my prior weeks weight. What works for you and keeps you fired up to get another day in the books?

-setting mini goals and fitness goals in addition to weight loss goals keep me focused
-I pretty much ignore individual weigh ins but keep and eye on that trend line, as long as its going down I am happy

progress photos. When I can see visually the work that I have been putting in it really motivates me to stick with it!0

I would be afraid that my photo might be mistakened for an extinct rhino or humpback whale.0
