    WOWZA Jeannie!!! What a day you had! I'm so envious of your mountain hikes. Don't you be shocked when I give you a shout to say, "Hey, I'm finally in Tennessee again! Come show me around your mountain!" Wouldn't that just be fab? B) It's gonna happen. You just watch.

    Tri-dips, burpees, squats and lunges at the bottom of each set of stairs.

    Bike ride 45 miles 16 mph avg
    Legs a little tired towards the end

    YES jesiann when you come too my part of Tennessee I will be there. You guys would LOVE Fall creek Falls State Park. They have an Inn there also camping cabins, many walking and bike trails, several water falls, a golf course. We love it there...OH AND I may have told you that when we go camping there I get in anywhere from 8-11 miles walk in a day...:P

    Today I managed a 2.5 mile walk with my girls before I had too rush back and get ready for a Dr, appointment. Later husband and I took a long drive and did a bit of exploring. That was another 1.5 Miles...

    TOTAL thus far March 26th ....................94.25 Walking miles...

    Off early yesterday! Got in a 30 mile bike ride. Up to 230 miles bicycled.

    Totals for the month so far are
    477.7 cycling and
    55.3 walking/hiking

    Added two additional workouts this week totalling 7.4 x 2 = 14.8 miles
    (2 miles on the treadmill and 5.4 miles on the bike)

    If I duplicate this on Monday as planned, I'm over the top!

    This might actually look at possibility - even with a few lazy days. Mon - Thurs this week say 17.85 miles added. I record mine from the results of my 'fitbit one' - which includes wearing it on my ankle when taking part in my spinning classes and of course, I wear it when doing Zumba. Just get a few dog walking sessions in over the weekend and I should be there!

    As it has STILL been cold here near Chicago, I think I will start this challenge on April 1st. Hopefully it will be warm enough next month that I can ride my new bike.

    So still on limited exercise for another 4 weeks. Where I had broken my ankle, the inside is still bruised and filled with fluid. They will monitor and check again in 4 weeks. Oh wells. At least I can do some exercise.

    3/1 - 3.30 miles walking Treadmill
    3/2 - 4.10 Elliptical Machine
    3/3 - 1.0 walk
    3/13 5.5 (3.5 exercise Bike and 2 Elliptical)
    3/16 - 7.0 (6 exercise Bike and 1 Rowing Machine)
    3/20 - 10.3 Exercise Bike
    3/22 - 7.6 (6.3 Elliptical and 1.3 walking)
    3/24 - 7.3 Elliptical
    3/25 - 1.0 Rowing Machine
    3/27 - 5.6 (5.3 Stationary Bike, 2.3 Elliptical)
    Total: 52.7

    For some reason I did not sleep well last night. It has made me sluggish today. I finally did manage a smaller walk (2.25 miles) with my girls...I am thankful for that. Perhaps tomorrow will be a better day.....We all still have FOUR MORE DAYS!!!! :)
