I wish i could like yogurt Ive tried every way possible but i really just hate it lol. Pretty much any dairy other than sour cream or ice cream i pretty much hate (other than some occassional shredded cheese on something).
Am surprised that if you like sour cream you can't figure out a way to eat greek yogurt, which is so very similar to sour cream...

Chocolate banana oatmeal, dry roasted spiced peanuts, hot chocolate with 0.5% milk and sweetener, peanut butter + banana, egg whites with salt pepper and mustard, shredded chicken breast with white rice, gravy and vegetables.0

I love deviled eggs, but I substitute a lot of the mayo for a light laughing cow swiss wedge instead. With the recipe I use (two eggs, one wedge, 1g mayo, 8g mustard) I can have four egg halves for 180 Calories instead of 250, which makes room for me to add in some apple slices or a clementine with that snack.
This sounds good!0 -
Gelato. Damn I see NDJ already took that one, I couldn't see it behind the bars.
Ok I will go with wine and a piece of good dark chocolate. That's about 200 cal and easy to fit in on most days.0 -
Poptarts and ice cream. but those are a staple in my diet.0

Spaghetti Squash Chicken Broccoli Alfredo. Crap ton of food for very little calories.
Also I made my own pizza last night - even made the sauce - for 1/3 of a sheet pan I ate tons for less than 500 calories.0 -
Alas, I shall join thee in partaking of Talenti gelato cultdom...!

Do you eat it with a spoon or do you make like a fudgicle out of it. It sounds incredible.

Dole makes banana slices covered in dark chocolate that have 100 calories in a pack. When I want something sweet, that usually takes care of it. I also like the So Delicious No Sugar Added Chocolate Ice Cream. Way less sugar/calories than the regular kind. I put the little container in the microwave to soften it, scoop out 1/2 cup into a small bowl, and it tastes like a Wendy's Frosty (or at least how I remember those to taste, keep in mind that I've been off dairy for many years. lol). I'm severely intolerant to dairy, so those are my two "treats."
For alcoholic drinks that are lower in calorie than wine and beer, I do the Three Olives Fruit Loop flavored vodka mixed with sparkling water and lime. Believe it or not, my friend's trainer recommended it. Less calories than other drinks. Very tasty and refreshing.0 -
I can't believe no one has mentioned PB2 (powdered peanut butter). You can add the powder to a protein drink, or mix it with water to make a paste. All the PB flavor, far less fat. I mix it with yogurt and add some mini chocolate chips to it; it's almost like a peanut butter pie. They also have a chocolate PB2 that I haven't tried, but I'm sure it's good.0

Frozen or fresh cherries. Persimmons. Mango! About the persimmons, they've gotten me away from temptation too many times to name... were very helpful for me when I struggled with bulimia especially.0

Well, now there are some words I never thought I'd see together! Fruit Loop vodka. Is it terribly sweet? I prefer citrus drinks, but since you said it was refreshing I had to ask. I generally go through the drive-through at the liquor store and I think I'd feel a bit weird asking for Fruit Loop vodka.0 -
If I'm craving something sweet I'll have a little bit of 2% Fage green yogurt with maple syrup mixed in. Way too many carbs and sugar for me, but the good thing is just a tiny bit cures the craving.0
