Food Diary.

Someone help me out here. I try to be very diverse in my food. I like to incorporate just about everything on the food pyramid into my day. Some food diaries I have been reading don't have that and those people are having better results. Am I missing something here? I leave my diary open, so please feel free to take a look. And yes. I do exercise most days.

It is confusing out there. . . low carbs this, lean meats that, eat greens - don't eat greens, etc. I think it becomes what you like. Me, I love carbs. and the "low carb" stuff nearly starves me. I've come to the conclusion it's the number game. Calories in vs. calories used. So if you want a steak and potato's for dinner - eat it, monitor your calories and then adjust by either exercising more or having a light lunch.
