Is there a way to change my calorie intake number or is it set by my weight?

Under the home tab - go to goals, change goals, custom and set it to whatever you want. (as long as what you want is a healthy realistic calorie intake amount)0

MFP calculations are based on your height, age, weight, activity level and the amount you want to lose a week. If you want to change it, you can lower or up the amount you want to lose. Or set it at maintenance, or set it to gain. Depends on your goals.0

It is set on the goals you input, based on your stats. Going to custom, allows you to set your own caloric value and adjust your macros.0
